Gene and Cell Therapies in Oncology: CAR T, NK, TCR, Oncolytic Approaches

The introduction of gene and cell therapies into the field of oncology is changing the way we treat and analyze cancer and offers alternative targeted and suitable options that are greater than conventional approaches. The development of CAR-T cells, engineered NK cells, TCR-based therapies, and oncolytic viral platforms is creating new opportunities for precise modulation of the immune system and tumor-targeted therapy. At our Florida Cell & Gene Therapy World Symposium 2026, the focus includes oncology, immunology, and biotechnology, and we will discuss current updates in the design, optimization, and clinical implementation of the therapies. Some of the other areas include simplifying production scalability, tumor microenvironments, combinatorial approaches, and translating early-phase successes into routine clinical practice.
